The Gourmet “The 35” sneaker for spring/summer ’11, seen here in black. Gourmet’s take on a 90s cross trainer incorporates many cross trainers design features but remains refined and altogether “grown up” in its look. The 35 is a mid-top trainer made from full-grain leather with both mesh and a reflective copper/gold section on the upper. The laces are a waxed cotton and the sole and outsole are both lightweight and technical. The trainer is finished with a subtle Gourmet logo on the tongue.
